About OT Without Limits
Building Strong Foundations for confident kids!
Home » About
OT Without Limits is a pediatric occupational therapy practice dedicated to helping children build strong foundations for learning, regulation, and everyday success. We take a whole-child, developmental approach—looking beyond behaviors and symptoms to understand the underlying sensory, motor, visual, and neurological systems that support growth.
Our mission is to empower children and families through evidence-based therapy, individualized care, and compassionate support. We believe children thrive when therapy addresses why challenges are occurring—not just what is seen on the surface.
A Holistic, Developmental Approach to Pediatric OT
At OT Without Limits, we specialize in bottom-up pediatric occupational therapy, recognizing that higher-level skills such as attention, emotional regulation, handwriting, and academic participation rely on strong foundational systems.
Our therapy approach may address:
Who We Serve
OT Without Limits serves infants, toddlers, children, and adolescents who experience challenges related to sensory processing, vision, movement, regulation, and daily functioning. We also support parents and caregivers through education, coaching, and consultation—because family involvement is essential for meaningful progress.

A Family-Centered, Empathetic Philosophy
Families who seek occupational therapy are often overwhelmed, searching for answers, and unsure where to turn.
At OT Without Limits, parents are viewed as essential partners in therapy. Education, collaboration, and transparency are core values—helping families feel confident, informed, and empowered to support their child’s development beyond the clinic walls.
Life Beyond OT
Outside of work, Carrie enjoys spending time with family and friends, hiking and kayaking outdoors, learning to play the guitar, reading, journaling, and crafting. These creative and grounding interests reflect the same curiosity, balance, and joy she brings into her therapeutic work with children.

At OT Without Limits, our goal is not just skill development—but helping children feel confident, capable, and supported in their everyday lives. We are committed to providing thoughtful, evidence-based pediatric occupational therapy that honors each child’s unique developmental journey.
